What is closing on August 14?

The forums, private messaging, and the ability to create new content (comments, ratings, blog entries, and “why I’m a fan”) on celinedion.com will be closing.

Why are these features closing?

We are making these changes to the site as part of our ongoing upgrade of CelineDion.com. Celine’s social media channels will be the official platforms for fan-community conversation moving forward.

Will I still have access to read the forums, private messaging, or other content areas after they close?

These areas of the site will remain on a temporary basis after August 14, but will be removed from the website in the coming weeks. However, the ability to comment on news items will be re-enabled at a future date.

Will I still have access to my TeamCeline account?

Yes, you will still have access to your TeamCeline account.

Will I still be able to receive my TeamCeline discount at The Boutique?

Yes, by logging in to your TeamCeline account and following the link to The Boutique, who will still receive your discount on purchases.

Will I still be able to receive my Team Celine Exclusive Ticket Offer PIN code?

Yes, you can login to your Team Celine account and receive your Team Celine Exclusive Ticket Offer PIN code.

Can you help me with my login ID?

1. How can I contact Celine’s management?

The liner notes in any of Celine’s albums contain all the necessary information to get in touch with Celine’s management. However, please note that her management is not currently accepting any unsolicited material or proposals.

2. I am looking for sheet music for a Celine song, where do I find it?

The songbooks that accompany many of Celine’s albums are currently available at The Boutique in the Books section.

3. Is Celine releasing a video compilation? What DVDs and Videos does Celine have?

A complete listing of Celine’s video and DVD releases can be found in the Music section, under the ‘DVDs & Videos’ tab. Many of these DVDs are available for purchase through The Boutique. The Videos section, where you can view videos online, features an exciting selection of videos taken from various periods in Celine’s career.

4. I would like Celine to support my charity, can she help me or my cause?

If you have a charity you would like Celine to participate in, you can try sending proposals to Celine’s management. Contact information is available in her CD liner notes. However, since Celine is the Celebrity Patron for Cystic Fibrosis Canada, most of her fundraising efforts are reserved for CF Canada. For more information, or to make a donation, please refer to the Celine Supports page of this site.

5. I signed up for the Mailing List. Why haven’t I received any e-mails

It is possible that your e-mail has a junk mail filter or spam protection. To make sure that you receive Celine newsletters in your Inbox and not in junk e-mail folders, please add [email protected] to your address book or safe sender list.

6. What is TeamCeline?

TeamCeline is a free online VIP Club offering Celine fans privileges on Celine Dion’s official website. Members can access benefits such as discounts on merchandise purchased online at The Boutique as well as the opportunity to buy pre-sale tickets or TeamCeline reserved seats. 7. Must I pay to become a member of TeamCeline?

The TeamCeline VIP club is totally free. You do not need to pay to join and furthermore your membership will never expire..

8. How do I join TeamCeline?

To join, look for the TeamCeline blue coloured box, then click on the “Join” button. The “Join” button is also found on the top right corner of the website. At the registration page, you will have to provide a username (get creative!), a password, a valid email address, your date of birth, your zip/postal code, and your country. Review and check off the “Accept Terms & Conditions” box. For added security and to confirm you are a legitimate user, please enter the characters you see in the field provided. Click on “Create New Account”. You are now a TeamCeline member. You will receive an email confirming your membership to TeamCeline.
You can also use your Facebook and/or Twitter accounts to register. To do so, please click on one of the icons, found next to the “Join” button to be taken to the registration page. From there, click on the appropriate icon. A new window will pop up requesting your account information. Enter your Facebook or Twitter email address and password then click on “Login”. You will be connected to celinedion.com, and this way your TeamCeline account will be linked with your Facebook or Twitter account.

NOTICE: To be sure you receive TeamCeline emails in your Inbox instead of the spam folder, simply add the[email protected] address to your contact list.

9. I signed up for TeamCeline. Why haven’t I received any e-mails?

It is possible that your e-mail has a junk mail filter or spam protection. To make sure that you receive TeamCeline newsletters in your Inbox and not in junk e-mail folders, please add [email protected] to your address book or safe sender list. You should also check your profile to make sure we have your correct e-mail address.

10. Why doesn’t the TeamCeline discount show up when I add items to my cart?

In order to take advantage of TeamCeline discounts at the online Boutique, you must be a TeamCeline member. To access TeamCeline pricing, you must first log in to TeamCeline and then click on The Boutique tab to access the online store and make your purchase. If the discounted pricing does not show up in your cart, please try refreshing your page. If this does not work, then try closing your web browser, opening a new TeamCeline session and then try clicking on The Boutique tab again. This should have fixed the problem. You may also try deleting your cookies.

11. How do I update my profile?

You have to be logged into TeamCeline. To do so, simply click on the “Login” button and enter your username and password. Once you’re logged in, click on the ‘My Account’ tab, then the “Edit” tab. This is where you can make changes to your profile such as changing your e-mail address or password, selecting a language, adding a photo etc.  Once you have made all your changes, just click “Save” and you’re done!

12. How do I add an Avatar?

Navigate to the “My Account” page (remember you need to be logged in), from there you can upload a photo by clicking on the “Edit” tab. A small version of the photo you attach to your profile page is automatically created and used as your “avatar.”

13. I forgot my password, how can I access TeamCeline?

When you click on “Login” a window appears, from there simply click on “Forgot your password?”. You will be asked to enter your username or email address. For added security, please enter the characters that appear in the box in the field provided. An email with further instructions will be sent to you automatically.

14. I keep trying to log in but the confirmation email doesn’t arrive at my email account.

You should receive an email from [email protected] confirming your account. Check your junk mail filters. Many service providers (AOL and Yahoo! in particular) incorrectly identify email from this site as junk.

15. What web browsers work best for this site?

We support all modern web browsers and computer operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux, etc.) We recommend the free Mozilla Firefox browser for Windows, Macintosh or Linux. It is available in many languages, and can be obtained from: http://www.mozilla.com

16. How do I cancel/delete my account?

We are sorry to see you go. If you really want to cancel/delete your account, please send us your cancelation request at[email protected]. In your email, please include the username and email address you used to sign-up to TeamCeline.
