World Tour TeamCeline Ticket Pick-Up Policy
TeamCeline tickets for the 2008/2009 Taking Chances World Tour will be held at the venue will call for pick-up on the day of the performance. Ticket orders will not be mailed out and the Ticket Fast Print at home tickets option will not be available for TeamCeline tickets. TeamCeline members must present all of the following items to claim their tickets: ticket confirmation e-mail receipt, TeamCeline membership card, photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Without all of these items, you may be denied entry to the event and no refund will be issued. No will call name changes are allowed once the order has been placed. The person whose name appears on the will call list must claim the tickets at the venue. Again, no name changes are allowed.

Beware of Unauthorized Ticket Sellers!
It has come to our attention that there are a number of unauthorized ticket brokers who have been selling tickets, some of which are counterfeit, for various concert dates on the Taking Chances World Tour. A UK based ticket broker, 'Worldticketshop.com,' has been selling tickets to concerts in South Africa, Australia and various other European countries, including tickets for concert dates that are not confirmed. These ticket brokers are not associated with Celine Dion, or any of her authorized promoters, ticket agents, or other show operations, in any way whatsoever. We advise all consumers that engaging with unauthorized ticket brokers or ticket agents is done so at your own risk, and that neither we or our local promoters/partners are responsible for any activities and/or transactions that may arise from such dealings.
