Celine Nominated for 2 Felix Awards September 29, 2009
Celine is nominated in two categories for this year's ADISQ awards: DVD of the Year for 'Céline sur les Plaines' and Quebecois Artist Having The Most Success Outside of Quebec. The DVD of the Year award will be presented during the "Gala de l'industrie" (in French only) ceremony on October 26, while the award for the second category will be presented on live television during "L'autre Gala" (in French only). This special award show will be broadcast on Musique Plus and MusiMax at 8:00 pm (ET) on October 26.

The Hallmark Channel is scheduled to re-air the 'Touched by an Angel' episode 'Psalms: 151' featuring a cameo appearance by Celine. Today is Celine's sister, Louise's birthday. Louise remembers that when Celine was born, she really enjoyed helping her mother take care of her little sister. Celine is featured in a new television commercial for the popular Quebec restaurant franchise, St-Hubert. Every year, a celebrity tapes a light-hearted commercial for the restaurant and donates their appearance fee to their charity of choice. Celine chose to donate her fee to the Quebec Cystic Fibrosis Association (in French only).
