CONTESTS

1. No purchase necessary to enter.

2. Complete the official entry form found on http://www.celinedion.com and submit it. The contest starts on Monday, January 22, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. ET and closes at 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday, January 26, 2007. Ballots received after 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday, January 26, 2007 will not be accepted.

3. There will be five prizes to be given to the winning entrants chosen from all eligible entries received consisting of one of five bottles of the captivating eau de toilette.

4. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, with no cash substitution, and are non-transferable. Should any of the winners be unable to be contacted within 48 hours of the draw in which his/her name was selected, or upon being so contacted does not claim his/her prize by that time, or does not meet all contest conditions, his/her prize will be automatically forfeited and another eligible entry will be drawn.

5. One entry will be chosen from all eligible at 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday, January 26, 2007. The draw will be made by a representative of Five Star Feeling Inc. in Toronto. SONY BMG MUSIC (CANADA) will contact the eligible winners by telephone or e-mail within seven days of the draw.

6. All entries become the property of SONY BMG MUSIC (CANADA) and will not be returned.

7. In order to win, the selected entrants must first have complied with the rules and have answered a skill testing question as part of the ballot and will be required to sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded.

8. The contest is not open to employees (current and retired) of SONY BMG MUSIC (CANADA) or Five Star Feeling Inc., their affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising agencies and their immediate families and those with whom they are domiciled.

9. The decision of the contest judges is final. Chances of winning are solely dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.

11. By entering the contest, each entrant or his/her parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if under the age of majority agrees to be bound by these rules, and consents to the use of their name, city of residence, image on videotape and/or photograph without payment or compensation, in any publicity or advertising in any medium carried out by SONY BMG MUSIC (CANADA).

12. The contest is sponsored by Five Star Feeling Inc. and SONY BMG MUSIC (CANADA) and its affiliates (the "Sponsors"). The Sponsors accept no liability or responsibility for stolen, lost or misdirected entries or in connection with injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising out of this contest or any prize awarded.

13. The right is reserved to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time without prior notice.

14. All times noted are in Eastern Standard Time.

15. No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to actions or circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsors, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded.

16. Decisions of the Sponsors shall be final in all matters relating to this contest. The Sponsors are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize.

17. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on such winner's email address, the prize will be awarded to the registered account holder of the email address used for the purpose of such entry.
