In 1984, while on a promotional tour in Paris for her album, 'Mélanie', Celine performed for a month at the legendary Olympia music hall. Her show included a masquerade with public participation, in which Celine disguised herself as a flamenco dancer.

Think there´s a picture in Celine Dion: For Keeps. - The picture is hold in black and white. You could say that Celine had some fun wearing the costume.
