Well, I have to say that it really does seem as if the people running the "What's going on" section of this site are not reading comments from the fans!!! It is saddening that no-one can hear us!

*sigh*

While the recognition of our concerns the other day is appreciated, it does not alleviate the problem completely. Celine's team seems to forget that she is in the music BUSINESS. Part of that business entails customer service and maintaining a brand's image. Unfortunately, this kind of update is beneficial in neither of those areas. It's as if a restaurant were to air commercials showing us the menu items they used to make but don't anymore, all the while never showing us what they currently serve. The same principle applies here. We're not in it to discuss her past at this moment. With two new albums looming on the horizon, it's pretty clear what we want to see discussed, and an excuse like 'just wait for the album, it'll be worth it!' isn't going to cut it right now after all the delays. And if her past IS to be discussed, it should be with some involvement of Celine, i.e. talking about specific songs from her past that the general public doesn't know too well. The fans who visit this site are the ones who would love to read about deep album cuts and memories from recording them.

Like I said, she and her team are in an industry that increasingly calls for customer attention and fan service. So hopefully the site managers can talk more to Team Dion and everyone involved can realize this. Ten years of people going out of their way to see Celine may have fooled her management into thinking there's no need to meet fans halfway.

REALLY? I DIDN'T KNOW THAT CELINE HAS A SONG CALLED "IF YOU ASKED ME TO" AND I DIDN'T KNOW THAT SHE HAS AN ALBUM CALLED "CELINE DION".

MAYBE TOMORROW WE ARE GOING TO FIND OUT THAT SHE HAS A SONG CALLED "MY HEART WILL GO ON" AND THAT IT IS THE MAIN THEME FROM A MOVIE CALLED "TITANIC"

AND MAYBE NEXT WEEK WE ARE GOING TO FIND OUT THAT SHE IS IN LAS VEGAS DOING A SHOW FULL OF BORING COVERS (INSTEAD OF SINGING HER OWN SONGS)

Bravo!!!!!! Again "On this Day" bla bla bla news? ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
