Thanks for this wonderful news ! Well, of course I'm not talking about the one published by the official Celine Dion website, but the actual and interesting one published in the press, that of her participation to the Whitney Houston tribute TV special.
Come on, team Celine... You manage this website as if Celine was gone ... When I read those "reminders", it feels like you are trying to worship her memory. That is so depressing ! Celine is well alive in 2012 and has a lot of stuff going on. Yet, so little is published on this website and shared with the fans. It's a shame, really.

Well that's all nice and good. But remember that what we really want now is album info, updates, maybe even Celine's thoughts behind the recording process, quotations from the producers or songwriters, stuff that lets us know about the process, what people had in mind during the inception of the material, etc. How does Celine Dion regard her albums, both the French and English ones? That's real exciting stuff to savor. In a 2002 cover story in Billboard Magazine, the launch of celinedion.com is discussed and it's said that one of the goals is to offer something new every day to keep the fans coming back for more. In 2012, what happened in 2001 isn't new. It might be newly posted, but it's not new. I know that the people running the site aren't the ones responsible for recording the new albums, but maybe someone can ask someone or talk to someone who knows the powers that be and let them know what some of us have had in mind? Even if it weren't immediate exclusives on the albums underway right now, what about like, a Spotlight on past songs in her career, past albums, etc. Like let's say you had Spotlight: Miles To Go (Before I Sleep). Maybe someone can see if Celine or someone involved with that song is willing to write a little candid paragraph, no big deal, about the song, their experience making it, why Celine chose to record it, etc. And that same idea could be applied to the hundreds of other songs in her catalog.
