Two Christmases ago, my husband gave me Celine tickets for February 2012 and when we got there, we found out she canceled on the day of the concert which left me bawling my eyes out in the casino for half an hour. This past Christmas, he got me Ticketmaster gift cards so I could choose my own show date for my sister and I to see Celine this summer. The pre sale opened and I spent hours doing research prior to find the best place to sit as I knew that choosing my seats on Ticketmaster was an option. I had planned for anything in the infamous aisle between Front section 3 and 4, and 1.5 hours before the pre-sale opened, I realised that my gift cards were useless as Celine had jumped ship to AXS. And so commenced the disbelief and crying again as it had last year!!! My husband bought me the tickets through AXS but like everyone else, I was disappointed that I was unable to choose my seats. People who take the time to research the best seat should get the opportunity to have the best seat. I am still happy to have tickets and hope that she does not cancel her show.

Now I have $500 in American Ticketmaster gift cards that are useless in Canada as they are only valid for US events, and am looking for a buyer! Message me if you want a deal on some Ticketmaster money.

TeamCeline.com, those are the seats that I was trying to get. Probably not the same night, but the situation that was frustrating was this.......I was on the website at exactly 12 o'clock on the dot when the tickets "supposedly" went on sale. There shouldn't have been any problems trying to get the seats that I truly wanted. Not everyone can try for 12 hours straight. Kudos for Jamieb12321 for being able to persevere, and finally obtain what she wanted.

I didn't know that getting the tickets was like playing the lottery. That wouldn't have happened on Ticketmaster. I'm not trying to be negative. I just want the situation to be understood. I waited many months to get the chance to get the seats that I wanted. I was so hoping for something that I thought might be a possibility, since I'm a chartered Team Celine member. I'm very disappointed, but happy for Jamieb12321.

Been trying for over 12 hours now to get the seats I always get and finally I was able to get front orchestra aisle seat 401 and 402 FF the last 6 times I have gone it has been GG 401 402 but I'm hoping one aisle up is still good for some time with celine when she walks down the aisle sooooooo excited!!!!! Have my custom dress ready and am so glad to finally see her again!! Been a long time since Jamaica!!

Thank you CelineDion.com for responding. I truly appreciate it. I bought my tickets for June of 2012 back in September of 2011. The summer dates were released earlier back then. I purchased my tickets the very first day that the Team Celine Pre-Sale occurred. I bought them on Ticketmaster, and I was able to click on the actual seats that I wanted. I didn't have to click on a section, and a little dot appeared showing me the only seats that I could purchase. That is the difference this time, and it wasn't what I expected.

I do appreciate the fact that I was able to purchase my tickets before the general public, but I am wondering if the seats that I really wanted will be available on Ticketmaster (or AXS) when the general public is given the opportunity to buy. I will check back on Friday to see how it's done. As of right now, we can purchase tickets up thru March on Ticketmaster (not AXS) with the freedom to click on the actual seats. Of course, there aren't many left since these shows will be taking place very soon. I did purchase some tickets today, and they are in a good location. The situation is that I would have chosen seats that are even closer if I had been given the chance to buy as I have for the past 5 shows that I have attended in Las Vegas. I was on the website ready to buy at exactly 10 o'clock PT, and it took over 30 minutes for the website to start the process. Plus, it told me to enter a password that was e-mailed to me. Well, that truly perplexed me, because I wasn't sent a password in an e-mail. I finally figured out that I was probably supposed to enter the Pre-Sale code for TC members, but that wasn't a password that was e-mailed to me. So, right there the instructions were vague. Again, thank you for the opportunity to buy tickets "early", but the process wasn't as smooth or as easy as it has been in the past.

Thank you for passing along my concerns. Hopefully, it'll help AEG make future decisions which will be more user-friendly, and not frustrate someone else who has been a fan for over 20 years and has spent a lot of money (which doesn't come easily in this day and age) on Celine who I truly believe is the best that there is. Celine is the only one that I will do this for, because she is the best!!!!

I am not pleased at all with the process that AXS has to offer. I feel that Team Celine members should have the option to choose their own seats. You pick a section on the website, but the seats are chosen for you. The option to choose your own seats (like on Ticketmaster) is evidently out of our hands, which doesn't make the special offer extended to Team Celine Members as "special". I took the day off from work for this? This summer will make my 3rd trip to see Celine in Las Vegas. The main purpose of buying today was to ensure that I had the ideal seats to see Celine that I actually chose. In my opinion, "this offer" is not the best for Celine's loyal fans.

there was talk about a small tour in the autumn. Is this still for happening as lots of fans can’t afford to travel to the states.
