Celebrate 10 Years of the ‘One Heart’ Album

This month marks the tenth anniversary of Celine’s eighth English-language studio album ‘One Heart’. The album produced several singles, including the title song “One Heart”, “Have You Ever Been In Love” and “I Drove All Night”, a rendition of the Roy Orbison classic. March 2003 was a an important time for Celine; the release of the album coincided with the premiere of her incredibly successful first Las Vegas show “A New Day…”. What do you think of this album? Bonus Track - Les jours comme ça

“Les jours comme ça” (Days Like These) is a great up-tempo track you’ll only find on the Deluxe Edition of Celine’s French album ‘Sans attendre’. Co-written by François Welgryn, William Rousseau and Rodrigue (Rod) Janois, the song asks whether love is strong enough to get through difficult times. Happy Birthday Thérèse!

Today is Celine's mother, Thérèse's birthday. Celine was 12 when Thérèse decided to quit her job to take care of Celine's career. She entered Celine into various local singing contests and had her perform at community fairs in order to help her gain exposure and experience. Thérèse also co-wrote "Ce n'était qu'un rêve" and "Grand-Maman", the first two songs ever written especially for Celine.

Before her 847th performance on Saturday, March 16, Celine celebrated the 10th Anniversary of The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, with a huge cake! The venue opened its doors 10 years ago, on March 25.

A Look At “It’s Hard To Say Goodbye”

Celine and Paul Anka originally recorded the duet “It’s Hard to Say Goodbye” for his album ‘A Body of Work’ released in 1998. Written by Paul Anka, Jack White and Mark Spirto, this song will also be included on Anka’s new ‘Duets’ CD, to be released next month. Did you know that Celine and Paul also recorded a Spanish version of this song titled “Mejor Decir Adios” with Celine singing in Spanish and Paul in English. Celine And Ne-Yo Duet

Singer/songwriter Ne-Yo has revealed that he’s recorded a duet with Celine for her upcoming English-language album. Ne-Yo has worked with Celine before; he co-wrote the beautiful ballad “I Got Nothin’ Left” for her ‘Taking Chances’ album. Ne-Yo spoke about the new duet, "This time around I actually did a duet with her - it's her and me on one song, which was a challenge to say the least! I was trying to figure what I was even doing there - why would they need my voice when they have hers?" "She wanted to do the song as a duet and I was flattered, but it definitely made me question my vocal ability.” Celine and Ne-Yo; we can’t wait to hear it!

Judo Champion Teddy Riner Get’s Pumped Up With Celine

French Judo champion Teddy Riner, a five-time world champion and Olympic gold winner, recently revealed to CNN that Celine’s music is an essential part of his preparation before a match.
