1. How can I contact Celine's management?

The liner notes in any of Celine's albums contain all the necessary information to get in touch with Celine's management. However, please note that her management is not currently accepting any unsolicited material or proposals.

2. I am looking for sheet music for a Celine song, where do I find it?

The songbooks that accompany many of Celine’s albums are currently available at The Boutique in the Books section.

3. Is Celine releasing a video compilation? What DVDs and Videos does Celine have?

Many of Celine’s DVDs and Videos are featured on the ‘DVDs & Videos’ page of the site. Some of her titles include All The Way... A Decade Of Song & Video and Unison. The On ne change pas DVD features a collection of Celine’s best French music videos. Please refer to the complete listing of Celine’s DVD releases in the Music section, under the ‘DVDs & Videos’ tab. Many of these DVDs are available for purchase through The Boutique. The Videos section, where you can view videos online, features an exciting selection of videos taken from various periods in Celine's career.

4. I would like Celine to support my charity, can she help me or my cause?

If you have a charity you would like Celine to participate in, you can try sending proposals to Celine's management. Contact information is available in her CD liner notes. However, since Celine is the Celebrity Patron for the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, most of her fundraising efforts are reserved for the C.C.F.F. 6. What is TeamCeline?

TeamCeline is an online VIP Club offering Celine fans a valuable cachet of special privileges on Celine Dion’s official website, including discounts on merchandise purchased online at The Boutique . TeamCeline members will benefit from a member-only section of the site where they can access features such extra photos and videos. Membership to TeamCeline gives fans the opportunity to easily interact with each other and to contribute to Celine’s official website. Members can create their own blogs, upload their photos, rate and review albums, add comments to photos, videos and songs, as well as write concert reviews. 7. Must I pay to become a member of TeamCeline?

The TeamCeline VIP club is totally free. You do not need to pay to join and furthermore your membership will never expire..

8. How do I join TeamCeline?

To join, look for the TeamCeline blue coloured box, then click on the “Register” button. The “Register” button is also found on the top right corner of the website. At the registration page, you will have to provide a username (get creative!), a password, a valid email address, your date of birth, your zip/postal code, and your country. Review and check off the “Accept Terms & Conditions” box and click on “Join the Community”. You are now a TeamCeline member. You will receive an email confirming your membership to TeamCeline.
You can also use your Facebook and/or Twitter accounts to register. To do so, please click on one of the icons, found next to the "Register" button. A new window will pop up requesting your account information. Enter your Facebook or Twitter email address and password then click on "Login". You will be connected to celinedion.com, and this way your TeamCeline account will be linked with your Facebook or Twitter account.

NOTICE: To be sure you receive TeamCeline emails in your Inbox instead of the spam folder, simply add the sony@news.sonymusicemail.com address to your contact list.

9. I signed up for TeamCeline. Why haven’t I received any e-mails?

It is possible that your e-mail has a junk mail filter or spam protection. To make sure that you receive TeamCeline newsletters in your Inbox and not in junk e-mail folders, please add sony@news.sonymusicmail.com to your address book or safe sender list. You should also check your profile to make sure we have your correct e-mail address.

10. Why doesn't the TeamCeline discount show up when I add items to my cart?

In order to take advantage of TeamCeline discounts at the online Boutique, you must be a TeamCeline member. To access TeamCeline pricing, first log in to TeamCeline and click on The Boutique tab to access the online store and make your purchase. If the discounted pricing does not show up in your cart, please try refreshing your page and clicking on The Boutique tab again. If this does not work, then try closing your web browser, opening a new TeamCeline session and clicking on The Boutique tab again. This should have fixed the problem. You may also try deleting your cookies.

11. How do I update my profile?

You have to be logged into TeamCeline. To do so, simply click on the “Login” button and enter your username and password. Once you’re logged in, click on the ‘My Account’ tab, then the “Edit” tab. This is where you can make changes to your profile such as changing your e-mail address or password, selecting a language, adding a photo etc. Your account is also the place where you can include your favorite lyric or write and update your blog! Once you have made all your changes, just click “Save” and you’re done!

12. How do I add an Avatar / set my Signature?

Navigate to the “My Account” page (remember you need to be logged in), from there you can upload a photo by clicking on the “Edit” tab. A small version of the photo you attach to your profile page is automatically created and used as your "avatar" on our forums. From the same page, you can customize your signature (which will automatically appear at the bottom of your posts). If you are familiar with HTML, you can use it to personalize your signature.

13. I forgot my password, how can I access TeamCeline?

When you click on “Login” a window appears, from there simply click on “Forgot your password?”. You will be asked to enter your username or email address. An email with further instructions will be sent to you automatically.

14. I was a TeamCeline member before the new site was launched. Can I obtain a refund for my old membership?

Before joining, all new members were advised and were required to accept the Terms and Conditions stipulating that their TeamCeline memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable in any case. We regret that we are unable to refund your TeamCeline membership. We hope you enjoyed the $50 worth of coupons that were sent to previous members when the new site was launched.

15. How do I send a private message to a TeamCeline member?

It’s very easy! You first have to be logged in to TeamCeline. To connect, simply click on the “Login” button from the top right corner of the page and enter your username and password. Once you are logged in, click on the “My Account” tab, and then click on “Read My Messages”. From there, you can read all your saved and received messages. To send a private message, simply click on “Write New Message”, enter the recipient’s TeamCeline username in the “To” field, include a subject line and type in your message. When you are finished composing, you can preview your message before sending. If all looks good just hit “Send message” and you’re done! You will get an email notification every time you receive a private message. If you do not want to receive these anymore, just deselect the option in the “Email Notify” tab.

16. How do I add a photo to my forum post or comments?

You have two options to add photos to your Forum posts or comments.

    a. If you have an account with an online photo hosting service:
  • Log on to your online photo hosting service’s website.
  • Select the photo you wish to upload to CelineDion.com. Locate the HTML tag or the [IMG] tag code associated with this image.
  • Copy and paste the HTML tag or [IMG] tag code to your Forum post or your comment.
  • Click on ‘Save’ and that’s it! Your image will appear on your post or comment.
    b. If you do not have an account with an online photo hosting service:

Use the "File Attachments" section when creating a new post.

  • Use the "Choose File" button to select the image from your hard drive, then click the "Attach" button to upload it.
  • A URL will then appear as shown in the following screen capture:
  • Use this URL in an <img> or [img] tag to embed the image in your post:
    • HTML:
      <img src="https://www.celinedion.com/sites/cdion/files/det.gif" />
    • BBCode:
      [img]https://www.celinedion.com/sites/cdion/files/det.gif[/img]
  • You can uncheck the "List" checkbox if you do not want a textual listing of the file attachments at the end of the post (but you can still use the URL to embed the image in your post)

17. How do I add a photo to my signature?

You have two options to add a photo to your signature.

    a. If you have an account with an online photo hosting service:
  • Log on to your photo hosting service’s website.
  • Select the photo you wish to add to your signature. Locate the HTML tag code and URL address associated with this image.
  • Go back to your ‘My Account’ page on CelineDion.com and click on the ‘Edit’ tab.
  • You can now edit your signature by either copying and pasting the HTML tag code or the URL address from the photo hosting service, directly onto an <img> or [img] tag to embed the image in your post:
    • <img src="https://www.celinedion.com/sites/cdion/files/det.gif" />
    • [img]https://www.celinedion.com/sites/cdion/files/det.gif[/img]
  • Click on ‘Save’ and that’s it! Your image will appear in your signature.
    b. If you do not have an online photo hosting service:

To add an image to your signature you can upload it to a blog post in your member account and copy the URL to your signature. Here are the steps to do this.
